Many of our clients use tradeshows as their primary means of outreach. We recognize this importance and have treat every tradeshow as a marketing event that stands on its own. The result is a much more effective and efficient use of tradeshows as a means of communication.

Based on our experience various trade show events  we have attended, managed and participated in, here are some ways to draw tradeshow attendees to your tradeshow booth and engage with them. Some of these tips may seem like common sense, but it is amazing how many exhibitors completely disregarded them.

First Impressions are critical

The saying “You can never give another first impression” is true. In a successful tradeshow event, there will be many attendees milling around the booths. The place is chaotic, everyone is stressed, your sales staff is tired, and you are cranky from apparently rude, disinterested attendees. It is at this moment that you need to provide a positive experience for every attendee that comes to your booth. After all, that’s why you are there, right?
